The Overdose Prevention Collective (OPC) is a Washington-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ending drug-related overdose through public education and training, free naloxone and fentanyl testing strip distribution, and the dissemination of essential information on safe drug use practices. By addressing the needs of all individuals in King County and offering place-specific drug use trends data, we strive to create a more supportive, informed, and safe community.

OPC provides free naloxone (Narcan), fentanyl test strips, CPR face shields, and overdose prevention resources to individuals and organizations. Whether you need supplies for yourself, a loved one, or your community, we're here to help.

We provide free overdose prevention trainings, workplace education, and community outreach. Our volunteers distribute naloxone, fentanyl test strips, CPR face shields, and educational resources while answering questions and teaching people how to respond to an overdose.
